1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Forge Control, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Service Description
Forge Control provides a cloud-based business management platform including point of sale, inventory management, accounting, and multi-branch operations capabilities. Features vary by plan tier.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into Forge Control. We do not claim ownership of your business data. You can export your data at any time.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The offline-first architecture is designed to ensure business continuity during connectivity interruptions.
7. Payments and Billing
Payment terms are defined in your service agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as specified in your agreement. We will provide reasonable notice of pricing changes.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge Control's liability is limited to the fees you paid during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
